Writing can be a challenging task when there are more important tasks ahead such as making decisions, solving problems, meeting people and taking action. Yet most of the daily activities at the workplace depend on written communication. An e-mail to call for a meeting, a proposal to prepare or a report to present a case. A well written report or a proposal paper is easy to read and understand and is likely to achieve its objective. Good writing need not be difficult and it is a skill that can be developed with practice.
