Each software program has their own advantages and disadvantages. Different institutions and companies may have different needs, so it is best to find a plan that works best for you and your team.
Many schools and organizations already subscribed to Microsoft Office for Organizations, Google Classroom, or other suites that include video software. Usually there is no real need to use a different conferencing software. However, you may find that some of the features or pros of some of the software are more compatible with the business needs.

Cisco is a leader in technology worldwide. Pandemic pricing may be different for schools. Check with your administrators or Cisco for changes in their plans and pricing.
Google has recently updated its Hangouts video conferencing to be named Meets. It has few reviews, and some information may have recently updated, but this is the best available information.
Skype and Teams are both Microsoft products; however, due to some limitations on teams, Skype may be preferred.
The other available Microsoft application is Teams. This is a part of the Office Enterprise grouping, though rumors for more personal usage have been whispered. This is also one of the newest applications on the market.
Zoom is one of the most popular collaboration and meeting software applications available. During Covid-19 pandemic, Zoom is debuted as pandemic’s social network because Zoom enable family and colleagues to socialize during the pandemic breakout.
Each platform has their own advantages and disadvantages. Your company needs to determine what works best for the team and client. WebEx has an excellent reputation for remaining stable with large numbers of participants. Microsoft Teams is often preferred for use within a single organization with document integration. Google Meets and Skype can be the most affordable for cash strapped schools. And Zoom is certified for HIPAA compliance. Each integration has its pros and cons.
