Currently, HRDF has four strategic initiatives that will ensure Malaysia has 35% skilled workforce by the year 2020. The initiatives will help address things like dependency on foreign labor and unemployment.
Through 30% of the HRDF Pool Fund, it will finance the Malaysians workforce. However, government allocation and private partnerships will also help.
